At Suemasue's Place, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
